What it is
The keystone of 2024-2026 rules: your visible From domain must ALIGN with the SPF (Return-Path) domain or the DKIM d= domain. Valid SPF/DKIM alone is not enough.
How to fix it
Make your From domain match the Return-Path domain (SPF alignment) and/or the DKIM d= domain (DKIM alignment).
This is a hard-fail gate. If it fails, Gmail / Yahoo / Outlook may junk or reject your mail regardless of everything else — so fix it first.
